Payment Methods

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods: credit/debit cards, paypal, apple pay, Revolut, Postepay, Cash on delivery.

How does cash on delivery work?

You can pay conveniently on delivery (if you are resident in Italy) with a supplement of +2.90. Remember to prepare the exact amount to give to the courier.

Is it possible to pay in 3 installments?

Yes, choose paypal when ordering, you will be directed to their site and you can choose to pay comfortably in 3 installments without additional supplements

Shipping & Returns

What are the shipping times?

Our delivery times are 24/48 working hours from the moment the courier takes charge of your shipment.

How can I make a return? How can I request a refund?

The customer has 15 working days to request assistance / return / product replacement within which we guarantee coverage (subject to return / exchange authorization). All return / exchange requests sent after the above-mentioned timeframes will be rejected and denied.

In any case, send a request to our customer service via the channels indicated by entering:

- name

- surname

- order reference.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, specifically:

- If you paid by card, the refund will be made to the same card used for the payment;

- If you purchased cash on delivery (it will not be possible to make a financial refund) but a discount voucher of the same value as the order will be entrusted. All information will be sent via WHATSAPP to the number +39 3339751418.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship abroad to the following countries:

AUSTRIA, BELGIUM, DENMARK, FRANCE, GERMANY, LUXEMBOURG, NETHERLANDS, POLAND, PORTUGAL, SLOVENIA, SPAIN, HUNGARY.

How can I exchange a broken product?

If the product arrived damaged, broken or not working, we can replace it at no additional cost. Please send us photos of the damaged product and do not throw away the original box. We will contact you as soon as possible to resolve the situation.

Are the products covered by warranty?

For all electronic products, the warranty lasts 12 months from the date of purchase.
